Improve Your Self-Confidence To Stop Your Self-Judgement

There are many ways for people to make themselves feel save and be accepted. Some people will do anything to raise their competences or improve their performance, as equal as others’ gauge standards, so that other people will accept them to be part of them. On the other hand, some others blame on their lack of ability to themselves. It means they allow themselves to complain on themselves. They do self-judgment! They are too lazy to build their personal image. Let’s see, why does it happen?

  • Less awareness of the strength and weakness traits. Lack of competency to aware the strength and weakness is caused by lack of self awareness. They don’t realize that they have many strength values in them.
  • Low self confidence. Someone with low self-confidence thought that he/she doesn’t deserve to reach what other people got. Many expressions are shown by these kind of people, such as:

“How jerk I am. How could I do that?”

“I’m a looser. I know I can’t do that.”

“I’m so stupid. I am fed-up of myself.”

“Who am I? I don’t belong with these people.”

“I am never good enough for you. You’d better go with other.”

“I’m broken heart. It’ll never be fixing anymore.”

“Everyone hates me. I’m loneliness.”

“I am unable to be loved.”

“There is nothing good in me.”

…and so on and so on.

The first aspect of self-judgment addiction is that it is usually done unconsciously. It comes out from their thought about themselves. They think too much about their weakness. Actually, they have other strength side but they don’t realize it. The spot in their mind is put on the black spot on the wide-white background. They ignore its part because they put demand on the black spot too much. They insist to have it and forget about the other strength side on them. If you one of them who don’t accept your bright side on yourself, beware of anxiety, depression and anger attack! Control your mind by calculating what part is the best of you. When you find it, keep it! Dig it out to get the amazing result you can get from it. Is it fair for you when you ignore your hideous valuable in you? The worst is when you try to deny it. What do you feel when you blame of lack of the most desired strength traits in you? Do you feel comfortable and enjoy the compassion from others? How long have you hurt yourself with all those bad, cruel, fierce, and unfair judgment?

In particularly, people will mark every gift or something good they’ve gotten because of other people did something for them or it was only contingency that happened to them. They never appraise their own ability. They thought they can never be able to get or do the right thing by themselves. Their thought works that. This kind of addiction needs to be cured just like other kinds of addiction. Addiction comes to you when it becomes habitual behavior. The first time when someone behaves something, he/she finds that it gives comfortable effect. They can stay away from the root problem. This behavior is done over and over again to get the result of it. Similar to addiction of self-complaining, it brings them to comfortable zone. The treatment of the addiction is by switching over the tendency or preference blaming to protect themselves to motivating themselves to accept whoever and whatever their valuable traits in them.

Self-confidence inside is needed to cure this kind of addiction. Aware of the strength side of you is one that can raise the self confidence level. You don’t need to depend on others. You are dependable person. What kind of pain you want to avoid, are they rejection and failure? Everybody will face it. No excuse with you. When you make mistakes, you can say, “I’ve tried, everybody can make mistake too.”  When you cannot fit with other person, you can find other ones who have the same perception with you. You will be a wiser person, that is the self improvement you’ll get.

Addiction of self-complaining rises because of fearing of rejection and failure. It comes out and makes you unable to think and take reaction appropriately. On the certain level, hopeless and loneliness feeling bursts out. It tends to have anxiety and depression stage. Not only children who will find the easiest way to make them feel save but also adults naturally will choose the same way. When they are rejected, they will protect themselves from miserable effect. Some ones with low self-confidence will choose to humble themselves by decreasing their values in front of others. To prevent from this such of addiction, encouragement from parents who are the most influential people, is very important to form good self confidence. Let us kind toward ourselves. Every time you face being rejection by others or do failure, look inside you and “what do you need to do to succeed doing the tasks?” That is better rather than humiliate your self because you are too lazy to explore and find the brighter parts of you. God gives his creatures its own amazing parts which are suitable for them. Thanks God!

Say for example you are going about your daily business when an anxious thought enters your mind.

Whatever the nature of the thought, the pattern that follows is usually quite predictable.

The anxious thought flashes briefly in your awareness and as it does so you immediately react with fear as you contemplate the thought. The fearful reaction you have to the thought then sends a shock-wave through your nervous system. You feel the result of that fear most intensely in your stomach (due to the amount of nerve endings located there).
